Our secret for fitment on the later ‘WLTP’ 2020+ cars? We have commissioned the production of our very own version of the complex one-way venturi valve that is moulded into your original Turbo Inlet.

Only by recreating this part to the OEM standard can your WLTP car continue to run properly, with no engine warning lights.

The RacingLine VWR Cold-Air Intake System is simply the most complete induction package available for the 1.0 TSI.

Our package combines two components together – the Air Intake itself plus the Turbo Inlet Elbow. Without these two elements flowing in harmony you’d be wasting a lot of your hard-won power gains.

Together these upgrades allow greatly increased airflow from your intake into the turbo for lightning fast turbo response and a worthwhile power gain.

Our High-Flow TriFoam™ triple-layer construction is simply the best filtration material on the market, and is the key to the power gains achieved.

Each Trifoam® filter is carefully handmade in the UK.

What job does the
Turbo Elbow do?
By including our Turbo Inlet Elbow pipe with our 1.0 TSI Intake system, the airflow of the entire induction system is maximised to get the very best out of the car’s airflow potential.

The Turbo Elbow is the part that changes between the earlier and later cars. If you car is post 2019/2020 and WLTP-tested, your turbo elbow will come with the venturi valve included.

The high-flow Turbo 90 Inlet pipe is greatly enlarged compared with the original, with a smoothed internal bore

To fit the intake alone without this Turbo Inlet Elbow would waste a lot of your hard-gotten airflow gains

With this level of airflow, it’s ready to support higher power outputs from our OEM+ Performance Software
