This Kelford Cams range of street and race track proven camshafts are for the VR38DETT R35 GT-R Engine.
This range of cams give our customers the benefits of increasing power and extending the life of parts.
Our catalogue offering cater for a range of applications, including our ultimate drift specification which features low seat to seat duration for fast spool and lots of top end power.
However, if you can't find your perfect camshaft within our catalogue, designing custom profiles is our specialty, or we can manufacture a cam to your specifications.
Camshaft Profiles
231-A:
- 266°/266° | 10.00mm/9.25mm
- 266° stage 1 EZ-Power cams to suit stock engines with bolt on upgrades. Maintains good drivability and throttle response for street cars. Can use OEM valve springs if boost and RPM limit are kept original. For high mileage engine Kelford Cams recommends KVS38-BT valve spring kit.

- 274°/274° | 10.60mm/10.55mm

274° stage 2 high lift cams for street and motorsport applications such as track days and roll racing. Suits engines with upgraded turbos in the 48-54mm range. Good increase in mid-range to high rpm power. Must have upgraded valve springs, Kelford Cams recommends KVS38-BT valve spring kit.
231-C:
- 276°/276° | 11.00mm/10.97mm

276° stage 3 cams to suit well built racing engines. Suitable for many types of motorsport applications including roll racing and road racing. Improved mid to high rpm power. Turbo sizing in the range 54-66mm. Great with E85 fuel.
- Must have upgraded valve springs, Kelford Cams recommends KVS38-BT valve spring kit.
231-D:
- 284°/290° | 10.60mm/10.57mm

284°/290° high lift camshafts to suit roll racing and drag racing. Suited to engines running high boost and high rpm. Suits engines with twin turbos in the 62mm+ range. Great with E85 or methanol fuel.

- 292°/306° | 11.00mm/11.00mm

Can I return a product after install?
Once a product has been installed, used or fitted it is no longer returnable.
How long do I have to return a product?
Customers have 7 days inclusive from the day they receive their order to lodge a “Return Request” with ModsDirect. If the return form is approved (notification by email) the item must then be returned within 21 days. All returns must be trackable.
Please note that exchanges, refunds or credits will NOT be processed until the returned product(s) is received by ModsDirect.
Where do items need to be returned to?
After submitting a “Return Request” form, ModsDirect will be in touch via email to confirm details for return.
How do I return items?
All returns must be returned to ModsDirect by courier or post. All returns must be trackable. In some instances, ModsDirect may offer a return label.
What about restocking fees?
All returns will incur a fee of 15%. This is to cover fees incurred by ModsDirect for payment processing and handling. We are at the mercy of paying for services used at our website regardless of whether the order remains completed or reversed.
Who pays for return shipping?
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if a customer has received the incorrect product, ModsDirect will cover return fees and provide a courier pickup at no cost to the customer.
Exchange, Credit or Refund?
If a customer requests a return, they may be eligible for either an exchange, credit or refund based on the nature of the return and product availability. If refunding, moneys will be returned to the customer via the original payment gateway used at checkout.
Can I drop a return off to ModsDirect?
Sorry, no in-store return option is presently available.
I damaged the packaging during unboxing, can I still return?
Unfortunately not. All packing materials must be in resalable condition for a return. Some minor damages such as a neat cut of a package seal may still be eligible for return. Please include a photo of the packaging with your Return Request form.
