This Kelford Cams range of street and race track proven camshafts are for the RS3 DAZA Engine.
This range of cams give our customers the benefits of increasing power and extending the life of parts.
Our catalogue offering cater for a range of applications, including our ultimate drift specification which features low seat to seat duration for fast spool and lots of top end power.
However, if you can't find your perfect camshaft within our catalogue, designing custom profiles is our specialty, or we can manufacture a cam to your specifications.
Camshaft Profiles
273-EZ:
- 250°/268° | 10.75mm/10.25mm
- Drop in cams, Great for stock engines using bolt of parts. Designed for engines making 400hp-800hp using high flow turbos and turbos upto 64mm in size.
Recommend KVS273-BT valve spring upgrade for cars spinning higher than the stock rev limiter. Kelford Cams deletes the AVS Variable exhaust lift system, Cam kit is supplied with Kelford billet blanking plates.
This change requires tuning adjustments because of solenoid removal, email for a list of calibrators.
273-A:
- 278°/284° | 11.50mm/11.50mm
- Stage 1 high performance racing cams. Suitable for engines up to 1200hp, recommended for cars with 64mm-72mm turbos. Requires KVS273-BT valve spring upgrade.Verify Piston to Valve clearance as there may be interference with the OEM piston design. Kelford Cams eliminates the AVS Variable exhaust lift system, Cam kit comes with Kelford billet blanking plates.This modification necessitates tuning adjustments due to solenoid removal, contact the team for a list of calibrators
273-B:
- 286°/292° | 11.50mm/11.50mm
- Drag racing camshafts suited to high rpm power. Designed for AUDI RS3 Daza engines making 1400+hp using 75mm-83mm turbos. Requires KVS273-BT valve spring upgrade. NOTE: 7mm dowel pin supplied to limit Intake camgear advance to 96° when using OEM piston designs. For best results, fly cut pistons for maximum stroke (Please check Piston to Valve clearance). Kelford Cams deletes the AVS Variable exhaust lift system.

Can I return a product after install?
Once a product has been installed, used or fitted it is no longer returnable.
How long do I have to return a product?
Customers have 7 days inclusive from the day they receive their order to lodge a “Return Request” with ModsDirect. If the return form is approved (notification by email) the item must then be returned within 21 days. All returns must be trackable.
Please note that exchanges, refunds or credits will NOT be processed until the returned product(s) is received by ModsDirect.
Where do items need to be returned to?
After submitting a “Return Request” form, ModsDirect will be in touch via email to confirm details for return.
How do I return items?
All returns must be returned to ModsDirect by courier or post. All returns must be trackable. In some instances, ModsDirect may offer a return label.
What about restocking fees?
All returns will incur a fee of 15%. This is to cover fees incurred by ModsDirect for payment processing and handling. We are at the mercy of paying for services used at our website regardless of whether the order remains completed or reversed.
Who pays for return shipping?
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if a customer has received the incorrect product, ModsDirect will cover return fees and provide a courier pickup at no cost to the customer.
Exchange, Credit or Refund?
If a customer requests a return, they may be eligible for either an exchange, credit or refund based on the nature of the return and product availability. If refunding, moneys will be returned to the customer via the original payment gateway used at checkout.
Can I drop a return off to ModsDirect?
Sorry, no in-store return option is presently available.
I damaged the packaging during unboxing, can I still return?
Unfortunately not. All packing materials must be in resalable condition for a return. Some minor damages such as a neat cut of a package seal may still be eligible for return. Please include a photo of the packaging with your Return Request form.
